The fringe wrap tie skirt is a great costume starter. The adorable wrap ties at the waist or hips and has three rows of fringe that move with you. The base is a semi-sheer polyester georgette. The wrap is 30" (not including the ties which are 24" each) by 12.25" (including bottom of the sequins). Available in one size and it does run small but you can easily tie two together.
